All participants respond to segmentation filters BEFORE STARTING THE DYNAMICS, which are reviewed by the field coordinators, in order to corroborate that the participant meets all the segmentation requirements.

The team of interviewers from Kronos has people who are qualified in the application of qualitative instruments, having more than three years of experience in the administration of diverse techniques of data recollection.

All surveys are applied in mobile devices and are recorded in their totality, with the purpose of carrying out further quality checks.

Further more, at least 30% of the surveys done by each interviewer are supervised. This task of supervision is done by professionals specially trained to perform them and they are different from those who do the recollection of the data.

Kronos trains the whole of the team who participates in the study, according to the guidelines and standards given by the client. During the training, the objective of the study is highlited, the intention of the instrument, the methodology of application, and the standards and commitments of quality.
