They also consider the design of all the tasks involved in the execution of the research, such as: design of filter sheets and guidelines (either qualitative or quantitative), coordination of the field, application of the techniques (application of surveys, moderation of groups, application of interviews, etc.), data processing, data analysis, development of results reports, presentation of results and participation in meetings or workshop of debrief of results and detection of opportunities for the brand.

It includes the use of digital platforms (such as SurveyToGo, Focus Vision, Zoom, etc.
Includes supervision of all fieldwork.

PARTIAL PARTICIPATION:

In these cases, it includes only one or some of the phases of the study, such as only fieldwork, or data analysis. For example: Kronos can make the design of a questionnaire, the programming of it, the application of the surveys and the processing of the data, but NOT perform the analysis and reporting of results.

Each requirement can be analyzed in a particular way, and we adapt to it. It always includes supervision of all fieldwork done.

LIMITED PARTICIPATION:

In these cases, it includes only one of the phases of the study, such as only the fieldwork, or only the data analysis. For example:

For quantitative studies, it includes only the application of surveys (it also considers possible incentives), coordination, reports and follow-ups. Applies to phone, online and face-to-face surveys.
For online surveys without a database, we can coordinate recruitments, which includes contacting respondents, coordination, possible incentives, sending the survey link to respondents and follow-up to cases of non-response.
Field supervision is always included.
In this type of "limited" participation, it does not include: questionnaire design, questionnaire programming, analysis, or development of results report. (These items can be incorporated in the previous phase: "Average participation").
For qualitative studies, it includes only participant recruitment, incentives, coordination, reporting and follow-up. Applies to interviews or Focus Groups, both online and face-to-face.
Field supervision is always included.
In this type of "limited" participation, no guideline design, moderation, or information analysis is included (These items can be incorporated in the previous phase: "Average participation")
Other processes or tasks of a study:

INFORMATION ANALYSIS ONLY:

The client must send kronos the database, in case of quantitative studies or transcriptions/audios, in case of qualitative studies. Kronos will perform the analysis of the results, according to the client's interest (comparative analysis with other years, type of data analysis, etc.). The client can send his own template or choose if he needs a report in PPT, Word, Excel (dashboard), etc.

PROCESSING ONLY:

We can type surveys or others (photos, ballots, tickets) only. The platform can be provided by the client or designed by Kronos. It includes code books, coordination, reporting, and monitoring.
